These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the lpbet online gaming platform, accessible at lpbet.cam (the "Platform"), and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and account features provided therein.

lpbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") operates the Platform as an online casino and sports betting service. The Platform is intended solely for adult users who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understand their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including those accessing it from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations in Malaysia.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the binding agreement between the User and the Company.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Use of the lpbet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform. lpbet does not permit access to any person under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system registering on behalf of a third party.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and not on behalf of any other individual, organisation, or jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, terminated, or banned by lpbet or any affiliated platform for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of lpbet or its affiliated companies.
• You are not located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable local law.

Each eligible User may maintain only one (1) registered account on the lpbet Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or household accounts using the same identity, payment method, or device is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information including their legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

4.2 KYC Verification

lpbet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users will be required to submit identity and address verification documents prior to processing withdrawal requests or where the Company determines verification is required for regulatory compliance. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of residential address dated within three (3) months of submission.

4.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames and passwords. lpbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from the User's failure to keep login credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

By accessing the Platform, Users agree to use lpbet exclusively for lawful, personal, and non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or third-party software to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to abuse promotional terms, or any other activity constituting fraud against the Platform or other users.
• Attempting to access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform's systems or circumvent any security measures in place.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or facilitate any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Creating accounts using another person's identity, sharing an account with any third party, or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that is harassing, abusive, or threatening toward lpbet staff or other users of the Platform.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lpbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as Visa/Mastercard and selected cryptocurrency options (USDT, BTC).

6.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum single deposit is RM 50. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be clearly stated at the time of the withdrawal request. lpbet reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice provided to Users.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with our KYC procedures. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours under normal operating conditions. lpbet does not charge transaction fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

6.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Transactions initiated in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and conversion fees may apply.

6.5 Source of Funds

Users warrant that all funds deposited into their lpbet account are derived from legitimate sources and do not represent proceeds of any unlawful activity. lpbet may request evidence of source of funds in connection with its anti-money laundering obligations.

lpbet offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Users must complete all wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe; unmet requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.2 One Bonus Per User

Promotional offers are limited to one claim per User, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion's terms. Attempts to circumvent this restriction will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

7.3 lpbet Loyalty Programme

The lpbet Loyalty Programme operates on a tier basis (Bronze, Silver, Gold VIP), with tier-specific benefits including enhanced birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 for VIP Elite members), faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management. Tier status is determined by accumulated wagering activity over a rolling period and may be reviewed periodically.

7.4 Referral Rewards

Users who refer new players to lpbet via the official referral programme are eligible to receive MYR 38 per qualifying referral when the referred user registers and completes a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are credited after the qualifying conditions are met and are subject to applicable wagering requirements.

All bets and gaming activity conducted on the lpbet Platform are subject to the general rules set out herein, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game or sports betting market as displayed within the Platform.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

lpbet reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any wager at its discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets placed during technical malfunctions or system errors are void.

8.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing error that results in an erroneously high payout or incorrect odds being displayed, lpbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake amount. All RNG game outcomes and sports betting results will stand as confirmed by the Platform's authoritative systems.

8.3 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets on lpbet cover domestic and international events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and various other sporting events. Market availability, odds, and in-play betting options are subject to change without prior notice. Settlement of bets will follow the official results declared by the relevant governing body for each sport.

8.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per settlement period. These limits vary by game type and betting market and are clearly indicated within the relevant game or market interface. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit will be paid out at the stated maximum.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Users may configure session duration reminders to help manage the time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Regular notifications may be enabled to remind Users of the time elapsed and cumulative amount wagered during a session.

All content on the lpbet Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual content, is the proprietary intellectual property of lpbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written authorisation from the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lpbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.

lpbet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User to the Platform in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lpbet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis and use is at the User's own risk.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Users wishing to close their account should contact our support team via live chat or email.

12.1 Termination by lpbet

lpbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account with or without prior notice where the Company reasonably suspects or confirms:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information;
• Evidence of underage gambling or attempted underage access;
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward Platform staff or other users;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring closure.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable fraud review period. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which lpbet is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to lpbet's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.

lpbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree to the revised Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
